Paul Adler came to my studio in Boston, MA for a month to record his magnum opus, Jazz Funeral.

The project was a full, bottom-up production, starting with scratch vocals and a guitar track. The end product included strings, choirs, and a full band.

To add vibe, we had a lot of fun with underwater microphones, pipes, beer bottles, fans, and open-tuned guitar reverbs.
